About Industrial Energy Technology Conference
The Industrial Energy Technology Conference is a leading forum dedicated to advancing innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness across industrial energy systems. The conference promotes collaboration and knowledge-sharing around practical technologies, operational strategies, and policies that improve industrial performance while reducing energy use and emissions.
Hosted by the Energy Systems Laboratory, part of the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station, IETC 2026 will take place in Houston, Texas, May19-21, 2026.
IETC focuses on improving industrial energy performance through smart manufacturing, process optimization, electrification, decarbonization strategies, and advanced energy management. Sessions are designed to move beyond theory—highlighting real-world case studies, emerging technologies, and actionable solutions that deliver measurable cost savings and emissions reductions.
Attendees represent a diverse mix of manufacturers, plant managers, corporate energy leaders, utilities, government program managers, researchers, consultants, and technology providers. Topics include industrial efficiency, digitalization, storage integration, grid interaction, funding mechanisms, and strategies that strengthen both economic and environmental performance.
More than just a conference, IETC is a platform for action—bringing together leaders committed to driving practical solutions that enhance operational resilience, reduce costs, and support a stronger industrial future.
