Dana Harmon is an energy strategy leader with over 20 years of experience across the Texas energy system, spanning executive leadership, policy engagement, strategic advising, and stakeholder facilitation. Her work covers the full energy landscape, including oil & gas, the power sector, industrial operations, and the built environment, with a strong focus on advancing energy transition and sustainability initiatives. She is a Marshall Memorial Fellow of the German Marshall Fund of the United States and an Energy Transition Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin Energy Institute. She is also a recipient of the Austin Under 40 Award in Energy, Sustainability, and Transportation. Dana previously served as Chair of the City of Austin Resource Management Commission and currently serves on the Research Advisory Board of the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy in Washington, D.C., as well as on the City Council of West Lake Hills, Texas.

In addition, Dana plays a key role in convening public and private sector leaders, fostering collaboration on complex energy challenges, and supporting initiatives that drive innovation, resilience, and decarbonization across Texas and beyond.
